About Us

At Embody Transformation we believe that fundamentally transforming the world is absolutely possible! We recognize it can feel impossible in our current human life under the intersecting oppressive systems of racial capitalism and heteropatriarchy. However, we know in our bones that birthing a just and loving world is realizable!

In our work as trainers and facilitators we support organizations in intentional processes, using Popular Education practices that engage participants’ full selves. We support participants to ground their work, begin with historic root causes, and develop tools to advance equity and justice.

We support organizations, grassroots community groups and institutions to integrate holistic equity core practices into their work and develop “organizing fuel” to be better equipped to contest structural inequalities, build collective power, and redress the impacts of history to advance a vision of a more just and equitable world.

Our team provides consultation, trainings, and technical assistance in the development of equity core practices, community engagement and organizing, popular education, and leadership development. Our facilitation techniques recognize that our socialization under systemic oppression is not just an intellectual process and we must unlearn and relearn in a practice that engages our full selves, including our hearts, bodies and spirits, not just our intellect.
